Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@asgmemorabilia.com. We'll confirm your request and send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items & Wrong Orders
We pride ourselves on delivering quality products. If your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@asgmemorabilia.com and we will make it right ASAP.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as framed or personalized items), opened cards, gift cards, and others. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Funds typically return to your card within 5-7 business days. Please check with your card issuer for questions.
